The ointment of spikenard was used by Mary Magdalene when she famously anointed Jesus with spikenard oil (John 12:3). It was also done in preparation for his death and burial. The Bible spoke of a holy anointing oil as it was used to anoint the tabernacle, to anoint kings, and to anoint the sick.
This rare ointment of spikenard can be used for several purposes: to pray, to anoint individuals for consecration, salvation, forgiveness, deliverance, terminal illnesses, and the most desired, divine peace. When we anoint and pray for an individual or ourselves we are petitioning Jesus to intervene in our lives by faith. This seemed so interesting that Focus sought to obtain this biblically symbolic oil so that it may always be a reminder of God’s power in our lives.
It is available in a beautiful, decorative cobalt blue glass bottle or a regal, antique gold bottle.
